Job summary

Disneyland Resort in Anaheim seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee hospitality/construction initiatives from kickoff to closeout. You will manage scope, budget and schedule, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance across all activities.

The role requires 4+ years in project/construction management, experience handling portfolios over $6M annually, and strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in project/construction management or related field and 4+ years of applicable hands-on project/construction experience.
• Two years of college and 8+ years of applicable hands-on project/construction experience.
• MBA in Project/Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, planning, execution, and closeout of projects, including design, development, implementation, budget, cash flow reporting, and EFC maintenance.
• Run project schedules with critical path tasks and ensure resource loading to meet completion dates.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams and clients to align project goals and status.
• Oversee safety plans and regulatory compliance (OSHA) for all project activities.
• Prepare presentations for management reviews and support contract development and change control.
