Qualifications

• At least seven years of construction leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, technically complex commercial projects.
• Knowledge of union trade agreements and building codes.
• Ability to develop budgets and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Management team through major projects and a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Develop implementation plans with estimating, scheduling, and resourcing.
• Partner with construction operations and superintendents to deliver project goals.
• Develop and negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Process and project information in the construction management system.
• Lead project team meetings with partners and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project progress to senior executive leadership.
• Develop metrics and controls to meet project objectives.
• Support team members to be highly effective while developing them for future opportunities.
• Develop and support continuous improvement initiatives.
