Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Several years of construction experience with proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Physical ability to work on active sites in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule work to meet project timelines and productivity goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe site.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project standards and codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve job site issues, conflicts, and delays proactively.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to improve performance.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation of job progress.
• Ensure job sites remain organized, clean, and hazard-free.
