Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in chosen construction specialty.
• Prior crew and subcontractor management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs on-site crew work ensuring safety compliance.
• Conducts daily JSA to recognize safety hazards and educates crews.

Skills

Leadership and management abilities

Knowledge of safe construction methods

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational skills

Basic ability to construct (build)

Working knowledge of grade checking

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

30 Hour OSHA certification

First aid/CPR certification

Vocational or construction management training
