Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking an experienced Foreman in Johnstown, CO to coordinate and lead multiple trades on active projects. You will manage carpenters, laborers, and operators, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety policies on site.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, familiarity with Procore and construction software, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant trades experience.
• Familiar with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Sure Trak and AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel and work in varying climates.
• Strong safety and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead trades on site to meet schedules.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with material planning.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and site is organized.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.
• Inspect work against plans and specs.
