Job summary

Haselden Construction is hiring a General Foreman for a project in Edwards, Colorado. You will lead daily crew assignments, schedule materials, monitor productivity, and coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to maintain safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial construction experience with leadership of field crews.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality, planning and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew assignments and ensure tools/materials are on site ahead of schedule.
• Create the Plan of the Day and manage daily stretches with the crew.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure PPE and training compliance.
• Record quantities and monitor productivity against estimates.
• Support site safety audits with Superintendent and Project Manager.
