Job summary

CRH in Redmond, UT seeks an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to prepare quantity estimates and manage multiple projects from award to completion. Strong cost analysis and scheduling skills are essential.

Bid earthwork, demolition and utility projects, perform cost projections, and maintain project schedules using Plan Swift, Viewpoint, MS Project, and similar tools. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years estimating experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Five+ years estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with earthwork, demolition and utilities."

Responsibilities

• Bid and manage multiple jobs concurrently.
• Visit project sites weekly to monitor progress and update schedules.
• Manage project costs through cost reviews and projections.
• Create and update project schedules and review job costs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with owners/customers to ensure satisfaction.
