• A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or 5+ years of estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret conceptual drawings and construction plans.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the pre-construction budget and estimate through the estimate process.
• Conduct preliminary cost analysis and value engineering.
• Evaluate and analyze project documents, specifications, and plans.
• Collaborate with the Director of Construction and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates/pricing.
• Manage subcontractor bidding and evaluating process.
• Conduct pre-bid site visits to assess field conditions and feasibility.
• Provide support to project team during construction phase.
• Continually update and maintain the estimating database.
