Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Crew Supervisor to coordinate a team of technicians across a region, ensuring efficient tasking, timely completion, and top-notch workmanship for customers in the petroleum industry.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, safety evaluations, and collaboration with the Service Manager, Project Manager and Sales to maintain high customer satisfaction and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Highschool Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry.
• Able to lead and mentor 4-6 Construction Crew Techs.
• Must be able to travel up to 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and coordination for Construction Crew Technicians.
• Review that HM technicians are being tasked efficiently and follow up for high-quality customer satisfaction and outcomes.
• Oversee Construction Crew operations regionally and ensure safety and quality.
• Review reports with Service Manager / Project Manager and Sales.
• Maintain certifications and ensure equipment is in good working order.
