JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Service Technicians and Heavy Maintenance Technicians, delivering high-quality service while ensuring profitability. The role oversees safety, staffing, project planning, and customer relations across the branch and collaborates with regional teams to align pricing and schedules.

Responsibilities include managing field operations, coordinating equipment installations, and driving service metrics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of retail or commercial petroleum equipment service experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch safety program and ensure technicians are trained and safe.
• Assure adequate staff for break-fix service, installs, and projects; coordinate with HR for recruitment and development.
• Oversee branch activities, plan new equipment installations, and coordinate with service director, project managers, and regional teams.
• Drive profitability of the service department and ensure accurate billing and budgeted margins.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and regional teams to communicate with key customers and manage service KPIs.
