Job summary

Pacific Rim Constructors, Inc. Tamuning, Guam is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will coordinate payroll, project cost tracking, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of job costing and project costing practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and staff.
• Review AP/AR, payroll, and GL transactions.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor project costs and job costing for construction projects.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers on billing and budgets.
• Support audits and internal controls.
• Review timesheets, invoices, and subcontractor payments.
• Maintain accurate records and assist budgeting/forecasting.
