Job summary

Pacific Rim in Guam seeks an Operations Manager responsible for direction, completion, and financial outcomes of simultaneous complex construction projects. You will mentor senior managers and drive strategic operations initiatives across departments.

The role requires 15–20 years of DoD government construction experience, PMP certification, and strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and data reporting. Travel up to ~40% and a focus on safety and efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of government DoD construction experience.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead multiple complex construction-management projects from direction to completion.
• Oversee contract administration, cost control, schedule, budget, quality and safety programs.
• Develop and implement process improvements and governance with other departments.
