Job summary

E‑Space in Santa Clara hosts a pivotal role for a Constellation Modeling and Simulations Architect. You will lead architecture and baseline geometry for a next‑gen space IoT network, and oversee procurement alignment and program execution.

Your work spans end‑to‑end link budgets, regulatory planning, and capacity modeling with cross‑functional teams. You will influence ITU activities, interference analyses, and deployment strategies while mentoring engineers and coordinating with systems, RF,

Qualifications

5+ years in LEO/MEO constellation design and related analysis.
Proven ability to develop and close satellite link budgets across MSS/FSS.
Experience with ITU coordination, EPFD analyses and interference studies.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of the overall constellation architecture.
Define constellation geometry to support procurement and execution.
Develop and validate end-to-end link budgets for MSS/FSS systems.
Perform coverage analyses and network simulations for service availability.
Conduct interference studies and EPFD modelling for regulatory compliance.
Produce technical docs for regulatory filings and deployment planning.
Develop long-term capacity modeling and network growth strategies.
Collaborate with systems engineering, payload, RF, regulatory and commercial teams.
Provide technical leadership for constellation design throughout the program.
