Job summary

Husch Blackwell in Boston, MA seeks a Lead Conflicts Analyst to coordinate the full-cycle conflict-of-interest resolution, including advanced searches, review of results, research on potential conflicts, and documentation of outcomes.

You will liaison with attorneys and staff, track workflow, mentor team members, and support lateral hires. Requirements include a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) and 3–5 years in conflict resolution; competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience required.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advanced conflict searches and complex projects with limited supervision.
• Review Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Research materiality of potential conflicts and liaise with attorneys and staff.
• Document and organize conflict resolution workflows and maintain QA of packets.
• Mentor RM team and assist with lateral hires as assigned by Manager.
