Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Configuration Manager (Lead Associate) located in Annapolis Junction, MD, to lead hardware and software CM activities for critical programs. The role requires TS/SCI with poly and a strong background in configuration management across complex builds.

You will implement version control processes, document CM procedures, and coordinate with the Government Change Control Board to ensure compliant baselines and smooth integration across environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Configuration Manager in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree required (4 extra years of CM experience may substitute for degree).
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes and procedures.
• Utilize CM tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.
• Develop and enforce CM processes across development projects.
• Define build scripts and integrate them into hardware/software build environments.
• Serve as advisor or non‑voting member of the Government Change Control Board (CCB).
