Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a seasoned Configuration Delivery leader to oversee staff responsible for system configuration solutions that meet business requirements aligned with enterprise strategy.

You will guide analysis, development, and implementation of process changes to enhance performance, reliability, and user efficiency, while managing resources and ensuring timely delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required.
• 5+ years of related field experience; 7+ years if no degree.
• Experience leading configuration delivery and testing processes.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, performance metrics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery to meet business requirements.
• Lead analysis, development and implementation of process and system changes to improve performance and user efficiency.
• Manage performance, mentoring, and development of personnel; ensure timely communication with upper management.
• Coordinate with IT and business operations to support upgrades, security changes, and architectural enhancements.
• Act as configuration delivery lead on broad, complex corporate projects and ensure smooth project-to-operations transitions.
