Job summary

CRU Concrete Inc in Dane, WI is seeking a Multi-Family Home Wall Foreman to lead assigned crews to complete jobs while meeting productivity, quality, and safety targets. You will assign tasks, train new crew members, and ensure trucks are loaded with proper tools and equipment.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, material stock maintenance, form layout, safety oversight, and reporting. Travel within a 50-mile radius of Dane, WI is required; final site reviews and clean-up are part of

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of field experience in walls is preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work outside in all conditions.
• Willing and able to drive to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of Dane, WI.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs meeting productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Assign tasks to crew members.
• Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely.
• Ensure the work truck is loaded with proper tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety inspections before starting the day.
• Maintain truck stocks of consumables.
• Lay out forms, height, pitch, etc.
• Ensure job-site safety and quality; notify Project Manager of changes.
• Leave the jobsite clean and orderly after completion.
• Keep company tools and equipment clean and in working condition.
• Review timecards and complete internal reporting documents.
• Complete final quality review of all job sites.
• Attend foreman and safety meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned
