Job summary

Cru Concrete is seeking a wall laborer for our Dane location. You’ll work outside year-round, travel to sites within a 50-mile radius, and contribute to concrete projects from footing setup to finishing.

• Great work ethic, punctual and dependable are essential.
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and willingness to drive to jobsites within 50 miles.

• Set wall forms – using aluminum systems.
• Pour stone and concrete.
• Ensure completion of concrete jobs meets productivity, quality, and safety targets.

• Set up of footings using the ProForm system


• Set wall forms – using aluminum systems


• Pour stone and concrete


• Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets
