Responsibilities

• Lead safety and training initiatives.

• Train and support new and existing employees.
• Coordinate with customers for scheduling and changes.
• Perform daily spot checks of completed work.
• Assist with billing and warranty projects.
• Attend job site meetings with builders and homeowners.
• Review and approve employee timecards.
• Perform other assigned duties.
