Job summary

CRU Concrete Inc. is seeking a wall laborer at our Dane location to perform footing setup with the ProForm system, build wall forms, and pour stone and concrete.

You will be responsible for completing concrete jobs in line with productivity, quality, and safety targets. We offer an extensive benefits package as part of joining a growing company that values skill development, job security, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior experience in hard trowel concrete finishing
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
• Ability to work outside in all conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly
• Willing and able to drive own vehicle to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of Milwaukee shop

Responsibilities

• Set up footings using the ProForm system
• Set wall forms – using aluminum systems
• Pour stone and concrete
• Ensure concrete jobs meet productivity, quality, and safety targets

Skills

Hard trowel concrete finishing

Valid Wisconsin driver's license

Able to lift 100 pounds

Ability to work outdoors in all condt
