Job summary

Coloscapes Concrete, a premier commercial concrete company, seeks a Concrete Superintendent to manage daily construction tasks across multiple projects in Colorado. You will lead crews, coordinate with the Operations Leader, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include planning short-term look-ahead schedules, supervising on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining client relations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• 5–10 years of experience in the concrete industry.
• Willingness to obtain: ACI Finisher, OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift Operator, Skid Steer.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction tasks and short-term schedules for 1–6 projects.
• Monitor and enforce job-site safety systems and practices.
• Coordinate resources with Operations Leader and subs to meet budgets and timelines.
• Communicate with project managers and clients to maintain alignment.
• Order and schedule concrete deliveries and reinforcing steel as needed.
• Complete daily reports: timekeeping, weather, subcontractors, field changes.
