Job summary

Coloscapes Concrete, a full-service concrete company, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations on multiple projects in Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage construction tasks, schedules, safety, and budgets, while supervising staff and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the concrete industry, OSHA 10/30, ACI Finisher, blueprints reading, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the concrete industry
• ACI Finisher certification
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 Hour certifications
• Skid Steer operation skills
• Ability to read blueprints and set precise elevations
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff on construction sites and coordinate all activities
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to manage 1–6 projects
• Ensure safety procedures and JHA forms are completed daily
• Read blueprints and set elevations accurately
• Mentor laborers, form setters, finishers and equipment operators
