Job summary

DCS Contracting is seeking a Concrete Superintendent in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee all phases of concrete operations, mentor foremen, and work closely with the General Concrete Superintendent to ensure project success.

You will lead resource planning, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a high-performing team on highway, roadway, and underground utility projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in concrete construction.
• Experience with preconstruction, field management, and construction processes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leadership to allocate resources and ensure project success.
• Mentor Concrete Foremen and ensure tool/training availability.
• Manage material orders and confirm accuracy for concrete projects.
• Work with General Concrete Superintendent on project changes.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across job sites.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the concrete division.
• Plan and schedule materials, inspections, resources for efficiency.
