Job summary

The successful candidate will lead safety efforts with the site management team, conduct audits, and coordinate training programs while upholding environmental health standards on project sites.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in large scale commercial or industrial project management, including at least 3 years of management level safety profession experience.
• Current CPR certification and OSHA 30-hour construction safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace in collaboration with site management.
• Conduct safety meetings and audits, implement follow-up assessments.
• Plan and conduct safety training programs and environmental health measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Develop Emergency Action Plans and serve as primary contact for incidents.
• Maintain written logs of inspections, reports, and correspondence.
• Provide technical safety support to project teams.
