Job summary

Okland Construction in Utah seeks an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead place-and-finish operations on complex projects. You will plan pours, coordinate crews and equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

Applicants should have 5+ years in concrete construction, with strong knowledge of finishing, curing, and pouring sequences. Leadership and problem‑solving skills are essential for developing field teams and delivering successful projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of concrete construction experience with leadership of concrete crews
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, saw cutting and sequencing
• Experience planning and executing large or complex pours
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate from drawings, specs, schedules and documentation
• Proven ability to lead and develop field teams while maintaining safety, quality and productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead all concrete place-and-finish operations safely and efficiently per quality standards
• Plan and coordinate placements, manpower, equipment, materials, deliveries, sequencing and site logistics
• Lead pre-pour planning meetings and ensure readiness of crews, equipment, materials, and site conditions
• Oversee concrete finishing, curing, saw cutting and protection of completed work
• Coordinate with project leadership and trade partners to align activities with project schedules
• Promote a strong safety culture and mentor foremen and craft professionals
