Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a concrete foreman to direct operations on construction sites, guiding crews in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete structures both horizontally and vertically. You will instruct on safe equipment use, ensure daily safety checks, and manage production milestones using site tools.

Travel to multiple sites may occur; prior experience with safety protocols and OSHA-friendly practices is required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Average work week is 5 ten-hour days, schedule driven by project needs.
• Must be able to work out of town, sometimes out of state for extended periods.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade certificate preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening; random screening may occur.
• Attend mandatory safety meetings and participate with crew and safety personnel.
• Must be 18+ to operate power-driven saws and other equipment.
• Working knowledge of construction safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.
• Lead crew in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete structures.
• Instruct crew on operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supervise daily reports and productivity tracking using company software.
• Coordinate material ordering and logistical needs for projects.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
• Mentor crew leaders and evaluate performance for advancement.
