Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Construction Crew Supervisor to oversee field crews on commercial and industrial sites across the Midwest, including Madison, WI. You will report on materials, equipment, and hours of work, and ensure safe, compliant operations under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction, 2–4 years in a leadership role, a valid driver's license (CDL desired), and a proven ability to manage people, schedule, and priorities in ever-changing job sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the construction trade.
• 2–4 years of experience in a sub-foreman or leadership role.
• Valid driver''s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to manage own time and other construction industry personnel efficiently.
• Union membership willingness required; union membership is not required prior to hire.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• A CDL is desired but not necessary for hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately report materials, equipment, and hours of work
• Manage the personnel on the crew
• Maintain crew, public, regulatory, and safety requirements
• Operate a variety of power equipment and other machinery as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned under the direction of the Superintendent or other management
• Work on commercial and industrial construction sites throughout the Midwest
