Job summary

Heritage Concrete Construction LLC in Fort Pierce, FL seeks an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on concrete projects. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor and equipment, reading blueprints, mentoring workers, submitting daily reports, and maintaining productive on-site workflows. Travel to project sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in concrete construction with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar, placement, finishing, and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on daily activities and supervise crew.
• Direct work of 10+ laborers/carpenters and coordinate with superintendents.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to drawings/specs.
• Manage tools, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Submit daily reports, timesheets, and labor budgets; train crew.
