Job summary

Sundt is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead concrete crews on our Texas project sites. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise work to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals, working with foremen and superintendents across teams.

The role requires 5+ years in construction supervision, a strong safety mindset, and excellent communication to ensure productive performance and reliable outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in the relevant construction market (level I) or 6+ years (level II).
• Ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with client and superintendent.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and high-quality work.
• Attend and contribute to safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.
• Ensure foreman and crew evaluations are conducted.
• Promote Continuous Improvement culture across crews.
• Ensure accuracy of time sheets, quantities, and productivity reports.
• Manage 6- and 1-week schedules and align with master schedule.
• Follow company policies and Sundt Way in supervising work.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to crew members.
