Job summary

United Employment Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Construction Supervisor to lead field crews on concrete projects in Atlanta, GA. You will drive scheduling, safety, cost control, and coordination with the Project Manager to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in concrete construction, strong leadership, and a valid Georgia driver’s license. Expect long hours with possible travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on concrete construction projects in a progressive field supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of formwork and structural cast-in-place concrete.
• Excellent organizational skills to oversee all project aspects.
• Ability to hold crews accountable for safe work practices and performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with management to ensure successful completion.
• Determine construction methods, sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Train and develop foremen/lead workers on projects.
• Manage day-to-day field operations through assigned personnel.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and coordinate with Project Manager.
