Job summary

Boucon USA LLC is hiring a concrete foreman to lead field crews on construction sites in Georgia. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of concrete work while coordinating with supervisors and clients.

The role demands hands-on leadership, planning, and a commitment to craftsmanship on challenging projects. The position requires supervising crews, reading blueprints and measurements, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring compliance with GDOT and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising concrete crews and ensuring safety standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment.
• Familiarity with GDOT maintenance and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Ability to coordinate and direct team performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of crew, equipment and visitors by following OSHA standards.
• Read tape measure, blueprints and notes to plan work.
• Initiate daily performance dialogues and pass them down.
• Read and interpret instructions; plan activities.
• Obtain service work orders from supervisor.
• Review orders to ensure timely, properly staffed completion.
• Maintain database of concrete activities for crew.
• Adhere to SOPs for concrete operations.
• Assign work to the concrete crew.
• Review concrete estimates for new and existing work.
