The Finishing Concrete Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete placement, finishing operations, and crew management on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position requires extensive knowledge of concrete mix designs, water-to-cement ratios, additives, aggregates, and quality control procedures. The Superintendent must be able to read and interpret concrete batch tickets, ensure proper placement techniques, and maintain compliance with project specifications.
