The County Materials Family of Companies, including County Prestress in Roberts, Wisconsin, is seeking a Project Manager to lead concrete formwork and structural projects. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while coordinating with GC, engineers, and clients.

You will manage jobsite operations, schedules, cost controls, and quality, interpreting drawings and driving client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience (concrete, formwork, or structural preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and project lifecycle
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with concrete formwork systems, shoring, and structural builds
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Outlook)
• OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within the first year)

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and execution of concrete formwork, shoring, and structural projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and reporting
• Oversee project estimating, scheduling, and installation phases
• Conduct jobsite inspections and audits for safety, quality, and compliance
• Review shoring systems, rebar placement, and post-tensioning installations
• Monitor adherence to OSHA safety standards and best practices
• Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings
• Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and design teams
• Coordinate and finalize precast and shop drawings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Lead scope reviews, design meetings, and client presentations
• Professionally manage conflict resolution and contract negotiations
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
• Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontractors, and vendor agreements
• Oversee change orders and ensure timely execution
• Mentor, coach, and develop project teams
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
