Job summary

County Prestress in Roberts, Wisconsin seeks a Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects, specializing in formwork and structural systems. You will ensure safety, on-time completion, and budget adherence while coordinating with project teams, general contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, and quality management, plus client relationship development throughout the project lifecycle. Travel and site oversight are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in construction project management (concrete, formwork, or structural preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with concrete formwork systems, shoring, and structural builds.
• OSHA 30 certification (required or must be obtained within the first year).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of concrete formwork, shoring, and structural projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost controls, and reporting.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, and installation phases.
• Conduct jobsite inspections for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Review shoring, rebar placement, and post-tensioning installations.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and design teams.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontractors, and vendor agreements.
• Mentor and develop project teams.
• Promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
