Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead self-performed concrete projects in Boise, ID. You will oversee preconstruction, estimating support, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and closeout to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring safety standards and process discipline across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience accepted.
• Minimum three years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, civil, or structural concrete construction.
• Experience with self-performed cast-in-place concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, and structural concrete operations preferred.
• LEED Accreditation or ability to obtain certification within 18-24 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Hoffman Structures to support safety, quality and profitability.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities including estimating, scheduling, and bids.
• Manage cost tracking, change orders, and monthly cost reporting.
• Ensure schedule, budget and quality targets are met and communicated with leadership.
• Oversee safety, quality, and production goals with field teams and subcontractors.
