Job summary

Hoffman Construction Company seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, safety, quality, and financial performance of self-performed concrete projects in Boise, ID. You will manage preconstruction, estimating support, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

The role requires strong knowledge of cast-in-place concrete, formwork, rebar, embeds, and self-perform practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, or related field; equivalent construction experience accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial/concrete construction.
• Experience managing self-performed cast-in-place concrete, formwork, rebar, embeds.
• LEED accreditation or ability to obtain within 18–24 months preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee safety, quality, and profitability for self-performed concrete work.
• Coordinate estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost control activities.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare and review cost reports and claims; track changes and allowances.
