Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a Concierge/Lead Host to be the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for their dining experience. You will greet guests, manage wait times, and guide flow between concierge and service teams.

Ideal candidates are positive, charismatic, and bring strong communication and organizational skills to a fast-paced environment. Weekend and late-night availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Set the energy and vibe for every guest entering the venue.
• Create a warm, positive, and memorable experience for arriving and departing guests.
• Greet guests, manage wait times, and keep them informed.
• Answer phone calls and assist with questions about reservations, hours, and events.
• Manage seating and guest flow in coordination with service and management teams.
• Smoothly transition guests from concierge to the table.
• Support and guide the host team during shifts.
• Handle guest concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
