Job summary

The Waters is seeking a Server to provide upscale dining services to community residents and guests. A warm, inviting personality helps respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely, professional manner, representing The Waters with care.

Qualifications include a welcoming attitude; no experience required, but hospitality or food service experience is preferred. Weekend availability is needed to support residents and their guests.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them.
