Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Lead Concierge to drive exceptional first impressions and seamless guest services. You will oversee the Concierge desk workflow, coach staff in soft skills, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for residents, families, and visitors.

You will lead by example, promote MBK values, and help maintain a safe, courteous environment while supporting department heads and the Executive Director with clerical tasks and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience required.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background clearance, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow for the Concierge desk and train team members on service standards.
• Provide directions and delegate clerical tasks to Concierge staff.
• Coach team on professional etiquette, empathetic communication, and problem solving.
• Monitor service quality and provide feedback to maintain hospitality standards.
• Handle escalated resident or guest issues with sound judgment and resolution.
