Job summary

Nice-pak Products Llc in St Louis, MO is seeking a Compounding Shift Supervisor who ensures resources meet production planning, monitors waste, downtime, and safety, and implements process improvements. You will supervise compounding technicians, manage batch records, train staff, and participate in daily production meetings to optimize yields and compliance.

You will oversee procedures, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across the department.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering preferred.
Demonstrated supervisory and administrative skills.
Leadership and management traits with ability to motivate others.
Proficient with MS Office; SAP or ERP knowledge preferred; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise compounding technicians to meet quality and safety standards.
Assign employees to compounding duties and adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
Ensure timely documentation and close-out of batch records.
Attend daily production meetings to communicate procedures and schedule changes.
Investigate incidents affecting batch release and safety.
Develop and manage budget and performance objectives; hire, train and evaluate staff.
