Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Compounding Supervisor to oversee the compounding department, ensuring efficient, accurate production of bulk materials per SOP and QA standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with production and warehouse teams, and enforce safety and GMP practices.

You will develop work plans, monitor production metrics, and train staff on equipment operation and procedures to meet quality targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred.
• At least 2 years experience supervising hourly direct reports, preferably in manufacturing.
• Liquid manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control all functions within the Compounding Department during the shift.
• Lead and supervise compounding and pre-weigh staff to meet KPIs, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and maintenance to ensure smooth material flow and inventory rotation.
• Establish work procedures, schedules and flow; monitor output and ensure SOP/compliance.
