• Associate’s degree in engineering or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of manufacturing experience with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize maintenance and engineering activities in the Compounding Department.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Develop and implement an organized training program for compounding personnel.
• Create and maintain procedures compliant with GMP, FDA and safety rules.
• Oversee installation and testing of engineering improvement projects.
• Plan and manage spare parts, budgeting, and project timelines.
