- Lead and assist in executing Compliance Program priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Partner with compliance and operational department leaders
- Ensure effective and measurable implementation of the enterprise Compliance program meeting State and Federal program requirements
- Act as a business consultant and change agent
- Mentor and coach Compliance Consultants
- Provide guidance and direction for departmental systems and processes
- Build analytics and reporting structures for ongoing measurement and monitoring
- Interact with all levels of staff and management
- Handle multiple initiatives and competing deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management
- Experience with program performance improvement
- Adherence to relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations required
- Certification in healthcare compliance preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
