Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management as a Community Manager of a 500 unit or similar sized community.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, marketing, and resident engagement; knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, renewals, resident relations, collections, and maintenance coordination.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize occupancy to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create and promote engaging resident retention programs and community events.
