Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage/MRI).
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budget management, and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support teams.
• Represent Arlington Properties with professionalism and pride.
