Job summary

Greater Health Now seeks a Community Health Access Manager to oversee Washington Health Benefit Exchange Navigation and WA Cares Assister programs, coordinating enrollment assistance and partner activities. You’ll guide staff, ensure contract KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements within GHN's service area.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and strategic planning to deliver equitable health coverage access and community resources across the region.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project management or program development.
• 4+ years as an insurance navigator or assister with ACA, WAHBE, and HealthPlanFinder expertise.
• 3+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and data management/analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Washington Health Benefit Exchange Navigation program and the Southeast Washington WA Cares Assister program, ensuring seamless coordination across both program areas.
• Oversee operations of enrollment assistance via GHN Enrollment Center and HealthPlanFinder for Apple Health, QHPs, QDPs, and WA Cares long‑term care program support.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and timely submission of required documentation.
• Develop processes to manage and review sensitive documents, including financial, identity, and contract materials.
• Plan and coordinate community events, outreach opportunities, and partner convenings across the GHN region.
