Job summary

Actalent in Dallas, TX seeks a Commissioning Project Manager to lead complex commissioning for a high-profile facility. You will oversee commissioning providers and MEP activities, while remaining hands-on when needed.

This contract-to-hire role targets a single long-term project of 1.5–2 years with travel across the USA. You will develop commissioning plans, manage schedules, oversee tests, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct commissioning experience with hands-on involvement.
• Fluent in commissioning processes per ASHRAE/CSA/LEED guidelines.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning projects for a large, complex facility focusing on MEP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to meet commissioning requirements.
• Develop and review Commissioning Plans and Specifications detailing scope, responsibilities, and performance criteria.
• Manage and oversee commissioning activity schedules and milestones.
• Conduct site visits and supervise test scripts and data collection for commissioning.
• Chair commissioning meetings and coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
