Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Solid technical training in electrical installation and related fields.
• Experience with electrical production/installation and heavy-duty power distribution.
• Experience installing networks (Ethernet/Profinet) and reading drawings.
• Knowledge of EN/US guidelines and standards (EN60204-1, UL508A, NEC, NFPA).
• Willingness to travel ~90% to on-site locations.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience; OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Strong labor and union relations experience; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical installation work and liaise with project management and site leadership.
• Ensure conformity to standards and project specifications.
• Support processing customer bulletins and field orders.
• Manage subcontractors on site and monitor safety and quality programs.
• Supervise site cleanup, resolve coordination issues, and track punch lists.
• Participate in start-up, commissioning, and equipment handover activities.
• Organize meetings, document minutes, and generate reports as needed.
• Provide standby and customer support and work in teams on large projects.
