Responsibilities

• Conducts quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting, and basic control systems.
• Inspects installation of motor feeders and performs standard motor connections.
• Identifies quality issues from construction documents.
• Analyzes startup/commissioning schedule and upcoming tasks.
• Leads small crews (2-5 electricians) and coaches staff on safety.
• Performs job site safety checks and enforces LOTO and OSHA standards.
• Provides guidance on job site quality and process improvements.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to refine project quality processes.
