Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Commercial Waterproofing Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise installation of waterproofing systems, read drawings, schedule work, and ensure safety and quality.

This hands-on leadership role requires 3+ years in waterproofing or related trades, strong communication, and the ability to manage crews, materials, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial waterproofing, restoration, building envelope, or related construction trades.
• Experience leading or supervising field crews.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, sealants, coatings, membranes, and restoration methods.
• Comfortable working at heights and reading project drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise waterproofing crews on commercial construction projects.
• Manage field operations, manpower, materials, equipment and schedules.
• Install and oversee waterproofing systems including sealants, coatings and membranes.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs and installation requirements.
• Ensure workmanship meets specs, manufacturer requirements and quality standards.
